What personally identifiable information does Lunara Hosting collect from me?

Some personal information is gathered when you signup for our services. This information is kept confidential and is not shared with any third party (except for investigation into violation of our Terms of Service (TOS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) -- this does NOT include payment details). All credit card or instant check payment information is processed securely by PayPal.com. This companies does not share your personal banking or card information with us. They only share your contact information and if your payment was valid. Your credit card or checking account information never appears on or is stored on our servers.

What are cookies and how does Lunara Hosting use them?

As part of providing customizable and personalized services, Lunara Hosting uses cookies to store information. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. All sites on Lunara Hosting where you are prompted to log-in or that are customizable require that you accept cookies.

With whom does Lunara Hosting share my information?

Your Lunara Hosting Account Information and Lunara Hosting Profile are password-protected so that you and only you have access to this personal information. You may edit your Lunara Hosting Account Information by using your Lunara Hosting login and password.

We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. Also remember to sign out of your Lunara Hosting account and close your browser window when you have finished your work. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet cafe.

As a global company Lunara Hosting has users all over the world. When you give Lunara Hosting personal information, that information may be sent electronically to servers outside of the country where you originally entered the information, such as to the United States or other countries.
